Tiger Woods has been secretly dating Donald Trump junior’s ex-wife Vanessa Trump for several months. Trump Junior is apparently “cool” with the relationship following both Vanessa and Kai Trump spotted at multiple TGL events.

Rory McIlroy was seen taking a fans phone away from him after being heckled during a practice round at the Players Championship. Rory hit a ball in the water and the fan referenced his shortcomings of the 2011 masters.

Luke potter the d1 college golfer who heckled the four time major champion was eventually kicked off the property. His phone was later returned to him and he apologized in a statement.

Rory McIlroy says that he doesn’t envision himself playing champions tour golf and that he feels he’s done something wrong if he’s playing competitive golf at 50 years old. The four time major champion said he wants to leave the competition once he’s achieved what he wants in the game with a little bit left in the tank.

Tiger Woods revealed that he ruptured his left achilles tendon in his leg this week. He was taken to the hospital for surgery in West Palm Beach and says he’s on the road to recovery, but will most likely be out of competition for the entirety of 2025.

Jay Monahan had his yearly press conference at The Players. The PGA Tour Commissioner revealed that the tour will publish their player pace of play data for each tournament later this year, implement new slow play rules on the Korn Ferry Tour in PGA Tour Americas, as well as test rangefinders in tournaments to improve pace of play.

Jason Day revealed that he will need to get his 2025 masters apparel scripting approved by Augusta National Golf Club for the week of the major championship. This following the club asking him to remove his vest during the first round of last year’s tournament. He says that Malbon Golf has a lot of bold outfits this year so we’ll need to keep an eye on him.

Grant Horvat won the Creator Cup at TPC Sawgrass with a +1 score for the tournament. The YouTube golfer would end up beating out George Bryan in a playoff with a huge birdie putt make on 17.

Trent from the Foreplay podcast made an 11 on the par 3 17th hole at the Creator Cup. The creator hit four balls in the water before hitting the green and would end up shooting +29 overall for the 9-holes.

Luke Kwon will be playing in the International Series Macau later this month, receiving a special invite for the tournament at Macau Golf & Country Club.

Brooks Koepka responded to the rumors that he’s returning to the PGA TOUR during the lead up to LIV Golf Singapore. The five time major champion said that he currently has a contract to fulfill with the breakaway tour and that he’s not sure where he’s going just yet.
